![]() He struggled to get the funding his company needed. It was the moment that adult entertainment have struggled to keep up with the evergrowing web. When he founded Manwin, the time was when many industries have been disrupted by the internet. It was in March 2010 that Thylmann founded Manwin after acquiring the assets of both Mensef and Interhub, owners of Brazzers and the three-year-old Pornhub that later became the largest pornography site on the internet. The revenues come from the pay pornography sites advertised alongside, and also from viewers registered. He then acquired various companies in the adult industry, including MyDirtyHobby, Webcams and Xtube.Īt the time, 60 million viewers visited Thylmann’s porn sites each day. He then sold his shares in the company that controlled NATS, and used the money he earned to purchase the Privat Amateure website. In 2006, Thylmann began securing a licence for the classic erotic Playboy label which gave him control of all of its television and online productions. His success in creating the software encouraged Thylmann to start his own business in the adult industry. When previously porn was made by professionals and alike, the result of this NATS was a surge in the production of amateur home sex videos catering for every conceivable sexual predilection. NATS linked a vast number of internet pornography sites for the first time, and allowed visitors to select porn according to their preferences. He created a software called NATS (Next-generation Affiliate Tracking Software), which enabled websites to track their users' clicks on advertisements and links, so that they could be paid in commission. I then started a company with my brother which was focused on statistics services for the web, Analytics like, in real-time," recalled Thylmann. "This was likely the beginning of it all, although nothing much happened after that for a year or two. Thylmann passion for technology and the internet came to him when he started computer programming at the age of 17, after getting paid for building a small website for his neighbor. ![]() The idea for a porn takeover, was actually in him since the 1990s when he was a teenager in Brussels. Fabian Thylmann was born on June 5th 1978 in Aachen, Germany.

![]() The force necessary to move a plane of area A past another in a fluid is given by Equation 2.6. What you are really measuring is the change in volume as the tube has a constant cross area V=Area time height, and you mark the height in units of temperature. The moving plane has area A and requires force F to overcome the fluid’s internal resistance. For example, if you know how the density of mercury (or alcohol) changes as a function of temperature, you can construct a thermometer where you measure the height of the column. Viscosity is a measure of the resistance of a fluid to deformation under shear stress. It’s simpler to maneuver via a low-viscosity fluid (like water) than the usual high-viscosity fluid (like honey). A fluid having a low viscosity is stated to become thin, while a higher viscosity fluid is stated to become thick. No, you actually measure something else that changes as the temperature changes. Viscosity is really a measurement of methods resistant a fluid would be to tries to undertake it. To measure the density of something you measure it's mass and volume, and then take the ration (d=m/v).ĭoesn't a thermometer measure temperature, an intensive property? ![]() You usually measure extensive properties. Several types of fluid behaviors are describedBingham plastic, Newtonian, shear thinning and shear thickeningalong with their respective shear stress vs. Not directly, as they change as the system changes.ĭo you measure intensive of extensive properties? Students are introduced to the similarities and differences in the behaviors of elastic solids and viscous fluids. But a Gas is compressible, and fills the container, so density alone can not indicate what the gas is.Ĭan extensive properties be used to identify what a substance is? For example, if a substance is incompressible (solid and liquid) the density is considered constant at a given temperature and pressure, and can be used to identify a substance (gold has a density of 19.3g/ml, and if a gold ring does not have that density, it is not pure gold (note the inverse is not necessarily true, just because the density is 19.3g/ml does not mean it must be gold, but that it could be gold). If you add one gallon of gasoline at 25 0C to a car's gas tank that contains a gallon of gasoline at 25 0C, you double the mass, volume and distance you could drive (energy of the gas), but the temperature does not double, and the density is the same.Ĭan intensive properties be used to identify what a substance is? Mass and Volume are extensive, while temperature and density are intensive. Make a table on a piece of paper (or on a board) to record your results with a column for each fluid and space underneath to write the times the marbles take. Do a couple of practice runs just to get a feel for how long the marble takes. Observe how long it takes to fall between the lines. What is the Difference Between Extensive and Intensive Properties ?Įxtensive properties depend on the amount of matter (extent of the system), while Intensive do not depend on the amount of system. Take the clean marble and drop it in the liquid. And it's inversely proportional also to the length of the tube. Examples include the state of matter, odor, color, volume, denisty, melting point, boiling point, temperature, electrical conductivity. And the volume flow rate's inversely proportional to the viscosity because the more viscous the fluid, the more it resists flowing, and the less meters cube you'll get per second. ![]() Physical Properties describe the physical state of matter. Note, these solvents must not mix with each other (so one phase must be like an oil, and the next like water, as oil and water do not mix), and the particles will aggregate in the solvent whose densities are closest to them (they sink in lighter density solvents and float in heavier density solvents). The greater the resistance to flow, the higher the viscosity, so for example, syrup has a higher viscosity than water. Understand the concept of viscosity and how it affects the motion of fluids. It can also be thought of as a measure of a fluid’s thickness or its resistance to objects passing through it. ![]() In fact, we can sort plastic particles by placing them into different solvents of different densities, as shown in this Youtube. Relationship between pascal-second to poise:ġ0 P = 1 kg Viscosity in the Chemistry Realm: In the field of chemistry, there are many different physical properties of substances and elements. It is extremely likely the difference between makemkv alone vs anydvd+libredrive is simply due to read errors. As such, it can be difficult to read even for a drive like the pioneer. With all that it off the way, tenet I believe is a triple layer disc. In this scenario anydvd uses the opd to get the title key and decrypts the contents of the disc without having to deal with bus encryption. ![]() The contents are still aacs encrypted, but they are not bus encrypted. because libredrive disables bus encryption, anydvd can read the contents of the disc without authenticating with the drive with an aacs certificate. Anydvd uses the online protection database, aka opd, to retrieve title keys for known titles for decryption.Īnydvd in combination with libredrive. ![]() This data, as mentioned already, is aacs encrypted and requires a title key to decrypt. Once authenticated they are able to bus decrypt the data coming back from the drive. Friendly drives work by using an aacs 1.0 certificate to authenticate with the drive in the same way they do for regular bluray. So no.Īnydvd works as coopervid said with friendly drives, which official drives like the pioneer are not. If it didn't have a key to decrypt it, it would generate a dump and the title wouldn't play at all. The assertion someone made earlier in this thread about makemkv not being able to decrypt tenet is nonsense. Makemkv has their own online key store that gets downloaded automatically when you scan a disc. The second thing libredrive does is disable the mkb revocation list.īecause the data being sent from the drive is still aacs encrypted, you need a title key to decrypt it. That data is still aacs encrypted, however. This stops the drive from encrypting the data being sent to the pc. ![]() Makemkv by itself uses libredrive to do a few things. The integration with AnyDVD for the busdecryption works with the free beta key and you don't have to purchase a makemkv licence. There is a possibility of integration Makemkv in the VLC player but then you need to purchase a Makemkv licence. And you can rip to ISO what can only be done using additional software with Makemkv. The big advantage of AnyDVD is that the disc appears to be completely unencrypted to all media players. Now AnyDVD can decrypt the data on the disc. Therefore AnyDVD will call the command line version of Makemkv and through that the busencryption between the drive and the computer is disabled. Now Makemkv has implemented a method to break the busencryption not only for LG "friendly drives" but also for LG "official drives" and "Pioneer drives". If this resolved AnyDVD and Makemkv have their own different method to decrypt the disc itself. AnyDVD can only access so called "friendly drives" (LG / ASUS) by aflaw in the firmware and uses a "backdoor" bypassing the busencryption which is an encrypted communication between the drive and the computer. Q: How does Jacobiasca formosana affect the flavor of bug-bitten teas like Honey Black?Ī: The bite from the Jacobiasca formosana causes the leaf chemistry to change and this results in a change in flavour. Sometimes we find a tea by chance, while other times it takes years to find the exact representation we’re looking for. All jokes aside, we’re able to pull from our extensive network and find very unique teas. When searching for teas for our Garden to Cup collection we taste a lot of teas! It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it. Q: Was it difficult to source Honey Black? How many teas did it take to find the perfect one?Ī: Yes, Taiwan’s black tea production is quite limited, so we were very lucky we were able to get this in our collection back in 2015! Luckily, during our search we found this gem from the Lu Ye Tea garden, which on top of having great oceanfront location has very high quality standards. You might detect some small variances to the one from 2015, but these are due to the change in weather in the growing region from one year to another. What made you bring it back? Is the current tea different from the previous one?Ī: We brought back our beloved Honey Black because we thought it would make a great feature in our Garden to Cup collection! This dark and full-bodied black tea is a unique find from the eastern cost of Taiwan, the same location we sourced it from when it first launched. Q: I loved the Honey Black that DAVIDsTea offered years ago and was so bummed when it was discontinued. If you’re a fan of gongfu-style brewing, I find that it performs really well that way too. I recommend drinking it on its own without any milk or sweetener so that you don’t miss out on all of that complexity. Honey Black is the black tea for people who think they don’t like black tea. It was mellow but still had a nice round body. If I didn’t already know it was black tea, I might have guessed that I had been drinking a highly oxidized oolong. The mouthfeel was smooth without any bitterness. A pleasant sweetness lingered after each sip along with a grounding maltiness that tied it all together. That was followed by jammy notes of red fruits and the slightest hint of rose. It was a deeper and darker taste that reminded me of a buckwheat honey that I enjoyed recently. As expected, honey was the dominant flavor note that grabbed my attention. Honey Black brewed up a beautiful reddish amber color. Once they did I was able to see very even oxidation with buds connected to one to two larger leaves. It took a few infusions for the leaves to fully open up. I prepared this tea using the classic glass bubble teapot from DAVIDsTEA. I used the recommended water temperature of 200℉ with an infusion time of 3 minutes. There were some stems, but the sample I received consisted mostly of whole leaves. They had a noticeably sweet and earthy aroma. How cool would it be to fly over the tea fields with a thermos of Honey Black in hand?ĭAVIDsTEA’s Honey Black has a twisted leaf style that was very dark in color with fuzzy golden tips visible throughout. While doing research for this post I discovered that Lu Ye is famous for its annual hot-air balloon festival. ![]() This picturesque region is ideal for growing tea because of its abundant water sources, mild climate, and rich soil. Honey Black comes from the Lu Ye Tea Garden, a small producer located on the east coast of Taiwan. Their description notes that it is high in caffeine so this is a tea you might to want to steep earlier in the day depending on your level of sensitivity. I love seeing a larger company contributing to a fairer, more sustainable tea industry. Jacobiasca formosana, the leaf hopper insect responsible for bug-bitten teas like Oriental Beauty, is the cause of the honey-sweet character of DAVIDsTEA Honey Black.Īs is the case with all of DAVIDsTEA’s Camellia Sinensis offerings, a portion of the proceeds from this tea help to support the Ethical Tea Partnership.
